ABOUT

I know what “I really should work out” feels like.

I am Jessica — an A-level fitness trainer, qualified sports and fitness professional, and, above all, someone who spent years living a completely normal office routine.

I know the days when you sit down at your desk in the morning, move from appointment to appointment and realise in the evening that you have not even reached 3,000 steps.

  2. 02

I know what it feels like to want to train after a long workday — while also simply feeling exhausted.

  3. 03

And I know the other side too: travelling, being pulled out of your usual routines and suddenly realising that the training that works perfectly at home no longer fits your life at all.

That is exactly where my work today came from.

My path took me from the desk to training.

Sport and fitness had been part of my life for a long time. At the same time, I spent years working in an office — with long days, lots of sitting and all the challenges that come with trying to fit movement somewhere between work, everyday life and everything else.

The more I worked as a trainer, the clearer it became that this was exactly where I wanted to help. Not by helping people chase a perfect fitness lifestyle. But by helping them stay fit, strong and active even when life is not perfectly predictable.

So at some point I made a decision: I left my office job and started focusing fully on my work as a trainer and on building my own business.

We do not always need perfect conditions. We need solutions that move with us.

I have already spent three months working as a fitness trainer on AIDA — an experience that showed me again how differently people train, how important movement is for our wellbeing and how essential it is to adapt training to different life circumstances.

My own path also means being on the move regularly. I therefore know from personal experience how quickly routines can disappear when your usual gym, daily structure or equipment is suddenly not available.

Today, I want to dedicate my time to people who want to take on their own fitness story — whether that is between meetings, at home, in the gym or while travelling.

No matter what.
We will find a way.

My own life does not always happen in the same place either. I will continue to work on AIDA as a trainer from time to time and spend periods travelling.

That is exactly why my coaching is designed so that support does not depend on one specific location. Even when everyday life changes, we stay in touch, adapt the training and find solutions that work right now.

Your training does not have to run perfectly. It has to fit your life.

Three things I believe in

  1. 01

    Quality before ego.

More weight, more reps and more training do not automatically mean more progress.

What matters to me is that you control your movements, understand your body and become stronger and more resilient over the long term.

  2. 02

    Consistency before perfection.

Your training plan should not only work in a perfect week. It should also work when work takes longer, you are travelling or your energy is simply not at 100%.

That is why I do not only plan for the good week — I plan for the bad one too.

  3. 03

    Understand, not just do.

I do not want you to do an exercise simply because it is written in your plan.

You should understand why we train something, what your body gets from it and how you can structure your own training sensibly over the long term.

My goal is not for you to depend on me forever. My goal is for you to understand your body and your training better and better.

Movement can look different.

To me, there is no single right way to train.

Maybe you love strength training. Maybe you want to improve your endurance. Maybe you currently need more mobility and stability. Maybe you enjoy hybrid training — or maybe you simply want to start moving regularly again.

We do not look at whatever is currently called the "best workout".

We look at what your body needs, what you want to achieve and what you will genuinely enjoy doing long term.

And who is Jessica outside of coaching?

When I am not writing training plans or training myself, I really enjoy being on the move.

I love seeing new places, trying new things and not having every day look exactly the same. At the same time, strength training is just as much a part of my life as outdoor movement and taking on a new sporting challenge every now and then.

Maybe that is exactly why I believe so little in "all or nothing".

Life changes. Training is allowed to change with it.

Expertise matters to me.

Good coaching, to me, is not based only on personal training experience. That is why I continue learning and combine practical experience with sound training knowledge.
